The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo (24th OMBr, military unit A0998) is a military unit of mechanized troops as part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, numbering a brigade. It is part of the "West" operational command.

Since the beginning of the Russian aggression in 2014, parts of the brigade have been involved in many directions of the war in the east. In the summer of 2014, the fighters of the brigade took part in the battles for Liman, Lysychansk, took part in the operation to block the Russian border in Sector D. While blocking the border, on July 11, 2014, the brigade suffered losses during a Russian missile attack near Zelenopilly. In Sector A, units of the brigade fought in Georgiivka and Lutugyny, Novosvitlivka and Khryashchuvaty, near the Luhansk airport. In the fall of 2014, the brigade was involved in heavy fighting in the area of the 32nd checkpoint.

During the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the brigade defended Popasna and Lysychansk, after rotation, the brigade took part in the liberation of the right bank of southern Ukraine.

The brigade is named after King Danylo, the ruler of the Kingdom of Russia, an outstanding statesman and commander of the Middle Ages.

We are announcing a fundraiser for defenders from the 24th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are currently defending our land from invaders and are in dire need of a chassis-based Big-Locker and WorkShop mobile workshop complex and a pickup truck-based Locker mobile workshop!

These mobile workshops are designed for maintenance, truck tire fitting and repair of various types of automotive equipment.

They will make it possible to improve the capabilities and potential for the repair and maintenance of armored vehicles and vehicles, which Ukraine receives as military-technical assistance.

This is a ready-made complex solution, where workshops are equipped with all the necessary equipment for operational repairs in field conditions.
