The 532nd separate repair and recovery regiment is designed to conduct technical reconnaissance and evacuate damaged or malfunctioning weapons and military equipment in the area of operations of the operational group of troops.

Since the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, the personnel of the regiment has been performing the following tasks:

carrying out current and average repairs of missile and artillery weapons, armored weapons and equipment, automobile equipment;

carrying out current and average repair of OVT and technical means of the relevant branches of the military, special forces (engineering equipment, RHCBz equipment, communication equipment, measuring equipment, etc.);

carrying out ongoing repairs of armored weapons and equipment and automotive equipment;

storage of stocks of military-technical property, necessary for current and average repair of weapons and military equipment;

carrying out technical reconnaissance and evacuation of damaged samples of weapons and military equipment;

creating and ensuring the operation of technical assistance points during the deployment (regrouping) of troops (forces) on the routes of their advancement;

metrological support of military units (units), verification (calibration), adjustment and ongoing repair of measuring equipment.
