The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) is a central executive body that ensures the implementation of state policy in the areas of civil protection, protection of the population and territories from emergencies and prevention of their occurrence, emergency response, rescue work, fire extinguishing, fire and technogenic safety, the activities of emergency and rescue services, prevention of non-productive injuries, as well as hydrometeorological activities.

We are announcing a collection for the Dome EW Phantom for the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Dome EW are mobile electronic warfare (EW) systems that are mounted in the form of a dome (for example, on a pickup truck, the roof of a dugout or equipment) and provide all-round protection from enemy drones and signals.

🛡️ Why are dome EW needed?

▪️ Jam enemy drones - block communication between the operator and the UAV (FPV, reconnaissance, fire correction)

▪️ Disrupt GPS/GLONASS - disorient kamikaze drones and high-precision weapons

Protect equipment and personnel - create a "security zone" from the penetration of enemy drones

Work 360° - provide full protection from all sides around the position

These are the eyes and hands of 21st century war - and the enemy knows it well.

Therefore, dome EW is not a luxury, but a vitally necessary technique that saves lives on the front line.

  • The Foundation does not accept individual orders for charitable contributions.
  • The fund does not consider requests from volunteers or other persons who do not have a direct request from the unit command to the fund.
  • The fund does not process requests for the delivery of aid to the military.
  • The fund does not consider requests that were spoken to the hotline, sent in personal messages to the fund team, left in comments or messages of the fund and its representatives.
